AiToGo Terms of Service

This Agreement is effective when you create an account with (i) you have read and understand this Agreement; and (ii) you agree to this Agreement.

Provision of the Services.

Services Use. During the Term, AiToGo will provide the Services in accordance with the Agreement.

Accounts. You must have an account to use the Services and is responsible for the information it provides to create the Account, the security of its passwords for the Account, and any use of its Account. AiToGo has no obligation to provide multiple accounts to one single Customer.

Payment Terms. (a) Annual/Monthly Plan. Customer will be committed to pay the Services for the terms been selected. (b) AiToGo may change its offering of billing options (including by limiting or ceasing to offer any billing option) any time. (c) Payment. All payments are due in the currency stated on the Order Form or invoice.

Updates. (a) To the Services. AiToGo may make improvement changes to the Services from time to time. (b) To the Agreement. AiToGo will continue to update this Agreement. (d) To the Data Processing Amendment with algorithm and calculation. AiToGo may change the Data Processing Amendment where such change is required to optimize the process or calculations, and not responsive to any results might be misleading.
